Licenses

Three tiers, same idea

Every theme and module ships in three license tiers. Pick the one that matches how many portals — and how many DNN installations — you plan to cover.

DNN Skin / Theme

  • Standard License: use the theme on a single portal — yours or a client’s.
  • Professional License: use the theme on unlimited portals within one DNN installation — yours or a client’s.
  • Enterprise License: use the theme on unlimited portals across unlimited DNN installations — yours or a client’s.

You may

  • Modify the theme for your own use.
  • Deploy it on client sites — keep a simple record of each use (client name, product number, site URL and date) in case DNNGo asks for it.

You must not

  • Publish the theme anywhere for others to download.
  • Resell, redistribute or share it in any form.
  • Transfer your license to anyone else.
  • Sell a modified version of it as an end product on any marketplace.
  • Use it on sites with pornographic, defamatory or other illegal or immoral content.
Notice: You are responsible for complying with these rules; DNNGo is not liable for any legal action, damage or loss caused by non-compliance. Support for problems introduced by your own modifications is a paid service.

DNN Module

  • Standard License: use the module on a single portal — yours or a client’s.
  • Professional License: use the module on unlimited portals within one DNN installation — yours or a client’s.
  • Enterprise License: use the module on unlimited portals across unlimited DNN installations — yours or a client’s.

You may

  • Use the module on your own sites and your clients’ sites.

You must not

  • Publish the module anywhere for others to download.
  • Resell, redistribute or share it in any form.
  • Transfer the license to anyone else.
  • Reverse-engineer, crack or decompile the module.

Updates & support

Two years of updates, one year of support

Every purchase includes two years of free updates — each new version of the product is yours at no extra cost. After two years, buy the product again at the regular store price for another two years of updates — the license you already own stays valid. Support is free for the first year.

Redistribution is not permitted in any edition — the product may not be republished, resold or shared in any form.

Source code

Source code policy

Source code is sold as its own edition, under its own terms. Please read these terms carefully before buying — by placing an order you confirm that you accept every provision below. The copyright of the source code always stays with DNNGo.

  • You may use the source code on your own sites and your clients’ sites, as many times as your projects need.
  • You may modify it freely to fit your projects.
  • You may not release or sell the source code anywhere.
  • You may not transfer it to anyone else, for value or for free.
  • You may not transfer products built on it — or source code derived from it — to anyone else, for value or for free.
  • The copyright of the source code belongs to DNNGo.
  • Source purchases are non-refundable.
Enforcement: DNNGo reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for violations.

Refunds

Refund policy

Before ordering, please review the product description and the demo closely — for modules, download the trial version and test it first. Questions before you buy? Email dnnskindev@gmail.com. Within 30 days of purchase you are entitled to a full refund if the product has a significant problem or bug that we cannot resolve.

A refund is not available when

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You are unable to use the product because of limited DNN knowledge.
  • The error comes from a third-party product or the platform, not from ours.
  • The product works as described, with no defect we cannot resolve.
  • Site errors exist, but were not caused by our product.
  • The purchase is a module source edition.
