Frequently asked questions

Which DNN versions are supported?

DNN Platform 9.8.0 and above, including DNN 10.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 15 days with every feature enabled, on your own site. Email dnnskindev@gmail.com to get the trial package.

How long are free updates included?

Two years from the date of purchase. After that, contact dnnskindev@gmail.com to renew.

Will upgrading overwrite my content?

No — upgrades go through the standard DNN extension installer and keep all settings and content in place. Back up first, as with any DNN extension.

Do I need programming skills?

No — everything is configured from the module’s settings and dashboards.

What happens when the trial expires?

The module pauses until you enter a license key; your data stays untouched. Purchase and activate any time.

How do I get support?
