Before you buy
How do I get the package after paying?
The order appears in your dnngo.net account immediately — open My Account → My Orders, enter the order and download the install package.
How do I activate the license?
Copy the Machine Key from the module’s License panel on your site, paste it into your dnngo.net account under Online Authorization, then click Activate. Step-by-step guide →
How long are free updates included?
Two years from purchase. After that, contact dnnskindev@gmail.com to renew and keep receiving new versions.
Which DNN versions does xEvent support?
DNN 9 and DNN 10. The current release (V 4.03.00) is verified against DNN 10.
Can one license cover several sites?
Standard covers a single portal. Professional covers unlimited portals within one DNN installation, and Enterprise covers unlimited installations — see the table above.
What is the difference between the editions — and is there a refund policy?
Every edition is the same module; only the number of sites and (for Source) the source code differ. Refunds and the full product policy are on the Product Policy page ↗.
