FAQ Common questions What does DNG run on? DNG is a DNN (DotNetNuke) theme compatible with DNN 8 through DNN 10, and it installs like any DNN extension. The download package includes the theme plus the bundled modules. Can I use DNG on my existing site? Yes. Install the theme on any DNN 8–10 site, then rebuild your pages with the included page templates and short codes. Does DNG include the Content Builder? No — DNG belongs to our classic short-code generation, and its pages are built with page templates and short codes. If you want live visual editing, look at Minis, Kella or DNG-Theme-Pro. How do I activate the bundled modules? Install the module and add it to a page, open its License interface, copy the code next to the Machine Key option and send it to us together with the product license you purchased — we will activate the module for you. Where do I find the module’s Machine Key? Add the module to a page, click “License” below the module to open the license interface, then copy the codes shown next to the Machine Key option. Do I resend the Machine Key after moving the site to production? Yes. After transferring the site to the live environment, send us the new Machine Key so the modules can be re-activated for the production machine. Can I use one purchase on multiple sites? It depends on the license: Standard covers a single portal, Professional covers unlimited portals within one DNN installation, and Enterprise covers unlimited portals and installations. Unzip the downloaded package, then find the matching theme or module install file and follow the included instructions. Can you customize the theme for me? Yes.
